It is easy for fear and anxiety to set in at any age and any time, but this is especially the case during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is an article to start conversations with your child(ren) or teen(s) about the coronavirus. 

Alberta Health Services has many resources for children, teens, parents, and families, including Text4Hope. Text COVID19HOPE to 393939 to subscribe to daily messages of advice and encouragement to develop healthy personal coping skills and resiliency. 

School-cancelled. Sports-cancelled. Missions Trips- cancelled. Young people are experiencing a lot of loss in these uncertain times. Take time to name both the loss and gratitude we have during these times.
